Wild Goddess Yoga
I’m Hannah Blossom, the founder of “Wild Goddess Yoga “a beautiful and extraordinary yoga creation that I created for you. My vision is to help you cultivate your connection with your feminine essence, with the great universal spirit, to become peaceful with your soul’s experiences, and to manifest your wisdom through your Temple Body.
With Wild Goddess Yoga, you sing a song with your body, you draw a picture with every movement. You move with the breath of music, whereby you connect deeply with your intuition. An interplay of sounds and movement form a “symphony”. We flow with multi-faceted and expressive music – wild, passionate; paired with playful and sensitive, a wealth of emotion for the graceful warrior in us. We dive deep into her expressive power and thereby break free from fear, guilt and shame. Each Wild Goddess Yoga Session is attuned to a specific goddess to release each force through the emotion of the sounds. An embodiment -based practice weaving goddess yoga (tantra), flowing movements (vinyasa), in addition to grounded elements (Yin), expressive music, spirituality, and healing rituals. A practice to embody your innate wisdom, sacred sensuality. We connect ourselves “playfully” with our essence – no comparison, competition, no performance pressure that spurs us on, no who does the perfect handstand or headstand. But only the connection with our emotion, which is touched by the music and be released — no rigid array of asanas, just you, your temple, your intuition and emotion. You can bring everything, just be, in your joy and your pain. A Wild Goddess session can be very gentle, but also very powerful, whereby your intuition, the connection with yourself is in demand. Get in touch; let go and connect with your temple (your body). Wild Goddess Yoga is here for YOU to embody your innate wisdom and sacred sensuality, to connect with Mama Gaia and your Wild Goddess – your essence.

In loving sisterhood, we practice. A place to make you feel less alone in this world, in which we connect, open, trust, where there is no room for negativity, comparison, competition, or gossip. With our being and each of our movements, we together form an energy field that radiates much-needed love into our world through our frequency.
Come as you are, whether with yoga experience or without, everything is welcome!
As a modern-day Yogini and Temple Body Artist, I am honoured to share the wisdom transmissions that I received to women healing & transforming. It became my sacred mission and soul’s purpose to awaken your inner Wild Goddess through my signature creation. My intention is to take a passionate stand for your pleasure and power.

In loving, sisterhood we practice. A place in which we connect, open, trust, where there is no room for negativity, comparison, competition, or gossip.
Love is the greatest power we have to be in complete harmony with the law of attraction. The more love we feel, the greater our power becomes. The more selfless love we feel, the more immeasurable is our power.
The Law of Attraction is also called the Law of Love because it is a gift of love for humanity. It is the law that enables us to create a beautiful life.
The more love we feel, the greater our power to create a life of love, joy and harmony. ~ The Secret, Rhonda Byrne

Goddess Yoga
Every woman has feminine grace, sensuality, and incredible powers, for every woman is the precious vessel of the goddess energy. Yoga teaches that the creative energy of the universe is a feminine power called Shakti. The practice of the Goddess is a form of sacred, peaceful feminism. It is important to note that we reconcile the male power of Shiva – manifesting itself as a destroyer and, as such, the cause of creation – with Shakti to balance our energy, centring it and for our own good and collective good contributes to us. It is about the healing of the masculine and feminine, only by balancing Shiva and Shakti inside us can we find deep healing.
In times of increasing pressure, stress, burn out, single mothers, single households, and working mums, more and more women are looking for a balance, a retreat, and a community where they can connect with other women. Our society has sparked a yearning for female community and support. By all indications, there is a strong need for a “sorority.” We have been falsely led to believe that women are against each other and compete – which is not true when you look below the surface. It’s a powerful concept in today’s society in which everything a woman does – from her make-up to cooking, her upbringing to her often varied roles as a mother, daughter, sister, friend and aunt, has to be “flawless” or “perfect” is a ubiquitous requirement.
As you begin the Goddess Yoga practice, the energy of the Goddess can bring a dramatic change in your life that requires your full attention. It can enter your field of consciousness, or it can rise in you like a peaceful sunrise. Regardless of how you begin, whether you discover yourself through their stories, images, songs, rituals, mudras and mantras, you realize that you are a sacred form of the Goddess. Her powers are endless, and her forms infinite. It carries out every weapon necessary to defeat the demons of shame, guilt, betrayal, unworthiness, sacrifice, greed, arrogance, anger and separation – all that prevents you from doing to express your own creative nature.

The practice of Goddess Yoga is a form of sacred feminism.
Goddess yoga, as well as tantra yoga, reflects our action as we deal with what we encounter in life. We can see it as a way to grow. You decide how happy you are, regardless of the things that happen to you in the course of your life. How we develop and expand ourselves is Goddess Yoga -or even Tantra Yoga, which means broadening-like an instrument that expands through its sound or a bow that stretches through the tension of the arrow.
Everything that happens to you can be a portal, a door to new views and opportunities. You have to say YES to yourself for all that, so that a revelation, a self-revelation can take place. Imagine loving yourself, really loving you, inside and out. If you consider everything that happens to you in the course of your life as a gift, then you can draw from it, because then you can give all the attained, as a personal gift to the world! It’s like the law of attraction, what you send out, you get back.
It is the discovery of your essence and the awakening of your indwelling Goddess. The sensitization of your perception and the back connection with your body, your temple. That is, the work starts first with yourself, even before you come into contact with someone else.
Goddess Yoga is a global movement, a revolution. Women like you and I respond to it to transform their lives and the life of all their fellow human beings.
We awaken the goddess’ various archetypes – her appearance and energies in our body, our temple, to make us feel complete, to better understand ourselves, and all the different aspects of life to be able to stand up.
No matter what is happening in our lives right now, every challenge, everything that is activated in us, so that in the name of love we can activate all the forces that live in us so that we explore and awaken the path of the Goddess in us.

When we heal our wounds, release our blockages, and our life force flows, expands, captures every area of the body and life, something changes within and around us. We transform. Not to new, changed women but to our true essence. We live in joy, love and aliveness.

Deep gratitude to Sianna Sherman who is the founder of Goddess Yoga.

Tantra
Today’s Tantrism is based on a century-old collection of techniques that often refer to goddesses to achieve different powers. In almost all tantric religions (Hinduism, Taoism, Buddhism), the worship and homage of the female goddess are central (for example, in Hinduism, the goddess Durga, as well as Kali and Lalita and other female deities). Tantra combines sensuality with spirituality.
Tantra has many meanings. Unfortunately, the erotic meaning is usually understood as the actual and thereby hypersexualized one. However, in comparison to the great ancient philosophies and what it means, sexual representation is only a small part of the great epistemology, teaching that embodies the connection of wisdom and spirituality. Tantra is a Sanskrit word; “TAN” means “to expand” and “TRA” means “light shimmer or instrument”. Within Goddess Yoga, Tantra is a sacred practice to expand and integrate various gifts of ours into our lives to realize our full creative potential. Tantra sees the body as an instrument of the Divine.
The goal of Tantrism is to become one with the Divine and the recognition of the highest reality. Since it is assumed that this reality is energetic in nature and the microcosm and macrocosm are interwoven, Tantrism performs external actions as a mirror of internal states. Tantrism is permeated with magical ideas. Very distinctive are ritual and cult.

Today’s Tantrism is based on a century-old collection of techniques that often refer to goddesses to achieve different powers.
The main elements are:
The polarities active and passive, respectively female and male, which through their interaction form the universe. Shiva, the masculine principle, is considered passive, and Shakti, the feminine principle, is active. The system of subtle energy centres (Chakra) on which yogic and meditative practices are based, such as the visualization of deities or the sexual union:
Bija Mantras that dominate each Chakra (from Crowns to Root Chakra):
Om, Om, Ham, Yam, Ram, Vam, Lam
Working with geometric symbols such as Mandala and Yantra as an expression of the macrocosm and microcosm
Working with mantras and mudras
The transformation of body centres into mental places through mantras and symbols
The influx of magical ideas
In Tantra, the names YONI and LINGAM are used. Yoni is a Sanskrit word for female genitalia. It means “source, origin or sacred space”. Lingam is the Sanskrit word for the male genital, the origin of the word means “spear or arrow of light”. There are many temples around the world dedicated to the worship of yoni and lingam.
Finally, Tantra is an ancient art of devotion to the divine feminine and masculine in all beings.
